If the main leaf is fractured, the situation becomes much more severe.
It should be noted that the main beam serves as the primary structural connector; its fracture will inevitably affect axle positioning, making this issue extend beyond the suspension system alone.
Can it be repaired by welding?
Never.
The reason is simple.
Leaf spring steel is a heat-treated elastic steel material; welding will compromise its original heat-treated structure.

4. Tightening and Reduction
Install new leaf spring U-bolts; the old bolts have undergone plastic deformation and must not be reused regardless of whether they are cut or not.
Then lower the frame and tighten all bolts to the specified torque.
